ZMetcha is currently available only to users in the United States. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable U.S. federal or state consumer-protection law (for example, California's automatic renewal cancellation rights under Business and Professions Code § 17602).
Subscribers may cancel at any time from their account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period; the user retains access to paid features until the end of the period they have already paid for.
We will issue a refund in the following cases:
ZMetcha does not guarantee responses, interactions, matches, dates, or any specific outcome from other users. Subscription fees pay for access to the platform and its features — not for any particular result. Refunds will not be issued based on a user's level of engagement, the actions or inaction of other users, perceived match quality, or subjective dissatisfaction with the dating experience.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this refund policy, a pattern of repeated chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Accounts associated with such activity may also be suspended or terminated independently of any refund decision.
Where U.S. federal law or the law of your state of residence grants a refund or cancellation right that exceeds the terms above, those statutory rights apply in full and override any conflicting language in this policy.
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. We respond within 2 business days.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. The vast majority of disputes can be resolved directly — usually faster than the chargeback process — and avoid the time, fees, and account holds that chargebacks create. Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution.
